Mike Keolanui is a licensed general contractor who spent his career on concrete and build-outs — not yards. Then a good friend spent two years telling him: "You need to hire Victor Gonzales."
Mike finally did, on a job up in El Dorado Hills. He watched Victor look at an ordinary outdoor space and see something completely different — then build it. Victor has a gift that's rare: he sees what a yard could be before a single shovel hits the ground.
